It is a very mild tasting fish that is extremely versatile when it comes to cooking. Marinades work great with shark and because it is a more firm meat, throw it on the grill without the worry of it falling apart. This box won't be around for too long so get it while you can. Portion sizes range from 5- 7 ounces and are individually vacuum sealed.
