Perishable shipments are crucial to be delivered on time, so we ship all our orders "signature not required" so that the delivery service will leave the package at your doorstep rather than returning it to the UPS facility.

  • Timing:

  1. Orders place Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday before 12pm ET will ship day of.

  2. Orders placed Wednesday after 12pm ET - Sunday will ship the following Monday with exception to North Carolina, and select parts of South Carolina and Virginia. (Orders places on Wednesday - Thursday before 12pm will ship same day with these states being within UPS One Day Ground)

  • Tracking your Package:  Once we have processed your order you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping information so that you can track your seafood on its way to you. 

  • Seafood Returns: We want all of our customers to be happy with our seafood and service. Since our goods are perishable we do not accept returns. If you have a problem with anything you receive from us you MUST let us know by email the same day you receive the package. Please email us the exterior condition of the package, the delivery time, the condition of the seafood and the problem you have (pictures will help us get to the bottom of the issue). We want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products. Our livelihood depends on your positive experience.
