Important Shipping Information
Perishable shipments are crucial to be delivered on time. So we ship all our orders "signature not required" so that the delivery service will leave the package at your doorstep rather than returning it to the UPS facility.
Timing:
Online ordering is available for our 1-2 day Ground Zone. If you are located outside of this zone please contact us via email or phone for a custom package. Contact information below.
Packages are shipped Monday through Thursday to ensure a delivery before the weekend. When placing your order please select your preferred shipping date (when you would like the order to be fulfilled and sent via UPS). So our team can prepare your package.
Tracking your Package: Once we have processed your order you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping information so that you can track your seafood on its way to you.
Seafood Returns: We want all of our customers to be happy with our seafood and service. Since our goods are perishable we do not accept returns. If you have a problem with anything you receive from us you MUST let us know by email the same day you receive the package. Please email us the exterior condition of the package, the delivery time, the condition of the seafood and the problem you have (pictures will help us get to the bottom of the issue). We want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products. Our livelihood depends on your positive experience.
