We have a deep appreciation for the Sandhills region of North Carolina. Back in 2008, as the summer tourism season slowed down on Carolina Beach Road, we began brainstorming ways to find homes for the fall blue crabs we were catching and the Greentail shrimp just starting to run. So we packed up a truck and headed inland—eventually establishing a loyal customer base in the Sandhills. Even before we had a permanent location, we were making regular runs to serve these new inland seafood lovers.

Due to seafood regulations at the time, we landed in Harnett County, where we set up shop behind a service station with nothing more than a shed, cooler, and carport. For over a decade, we delivered fresh seafood to this humble outpost, and the support we received was incredible. The seafood enthusiasts in this area—especially military families who’ve been separated from their coastal roots—have become some of our most passionate and loyal customers, and we owe them a great debt of gratitude.

After 16 years of dedication, we’re proud to say we’ve built and opened our third brick-and-mortar market in Spout Springs, now operating 7 days a week. This new location offers a much broader selection of fresh, frozen, live, and prepared seafood, and we’re committed to continuing to expand our lineup of North Carolina products as we grow. What started as a seasonal road trip has become a permanent part of the Seaview story—and we couldn’t be more grateful for the community that welcomed us.
